AI-ready high-density rack enclosures

Proposed configurations for compute-intensive infrastructure, subject to OEM engineering and project requirements.

02

Heavy-duty 19-inch rack cabinets

Structural design, dimensions and load capacity to follow the selected OEM specification.

03

OCP-compatible enclosure solutions

Subject to OEM availability and verified compatibility. No OCP certification is claimed.

04

Network & storage cabinets

Enclosure configurations for network, storage and supporting infrastructure requirements.

05

Accessories & cable management

OEM-approved mounting, routing, containment and mechanical accessory options.

06

Liquid-cooling-ready configurations

Subject to engineering approval, cooling interfaces and the end-user’s integration requirements.

02 / OEM partnership & technology transfer

International precision.
Saudi participation.

We are seeking discussions with established Turkish and other qualified international OEMs on approved component supply, training, technical support and potential licensed manufacturing.

International OEM · Proposed responsibilities

Engineer & precision-prepare

  • Product engineering and approved designs.
  • CNC cutting, punching and precision bending.
  • Pre-formed metal components supplied in compact kits.
  • Approved bill of materials and technical specifications.
  • Manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
  • Technical support, training and potential licensing.
Precision cutting, punching and bending remain with the OEM. MATRIX does not plan to purchase these machines.

Finish, assemble & verify

  • Receipt and inspection of prepared components.
  • Welding only where required by approved OEM designs.
  • Powder coating and finishing.
  • Mechanical assembly and approved accessories.
  • Quality inspection and testing.
  • Local delivery and technical support.
Welding, coating and other processes may initially use approved Saudi subcontractors. The final OEM design determines the production route.

Partnership scope, technology rights, licensing, procedures and responsibilities would be agreed with the selected OEM. No specific OEM partnership is represented as confirmed.

03 / Our proposed localization process

Engineered globally.
Completed closer to the customer.

A proposed component-kit model, developed around the eventual OEM’s approved design and quality requirements.

  1. 01

    OEM Engineering
    & Design

Approved drawings, bill of materials and manufacturing requirements.

  2. 02

    Precision-Prepared
    Components

OEM cutting, punching, bending and kit identification.

  3. 03

    Compact International
    Shipment

Protected component kits prepared for import and inspection.

  4. 04

    Saudi Welding
    & Finishing

Welding only if specified; finishing to approved procedures.

  5. 05

    Assembly & Quality
    Verification

Mechanical assembly, accessories, inspection and required tests.

  6. 06

    Saudi Customer
    Delivery

Release documentation, local logistics and technical support.

Bolted, welded or hybrid construction depends on the approved OEM design. Not every enclosure requires welding.

04 / Why localize in Saudi Arabia?

A more connected
local supply chain.

Potential benefits of an appropriately engineered component-kit and local assembly model.

Discuss a localization model

Compact transport

Potentially reduced shipping volume compared with finished empty cabinets.

Local responsiveness

The opportunity for faster local deliveries as a Saudi operation is established.

Assembly & after-sales support

A local interface for approved assembly, technical enquiries and customer support.

Industrial participation

Opportunities for Saudi suppliers, service providers and industrial partners.

Supply-chain flexibility

Component and finishing options developed around defined customer requirements.

Industrial development

An initiative aligned in intent with Saudi industrial development priorities.

Commercial feasibility remains under evaluation. No specific savings, government approval, local-content certification or guaranteed procurement benefit is claimed.

05 / Technical quality & engineering

Quality begins
with the approved design.

The intended process connects incoming inspection, controlled finishing, assembly checks and documented release criteria. Requirements will be agreed with the OEM and end user.

Not a MATRIX facility. Welding is only included where the OEM design requires it.

Mechanical specification

Structural load capacity, rack dimensions, tolerances, anchoring and accessory interfaces depend on the selected design.

Finishing & integration

Coating preparation, powder-coating specification, thermal integration and power interfaces follow OEM and project requirements.

Testing & certification

Inspection, testing and product certification must be defined and verified. No achieved load rating, OCP certification or NVIDIA approval is advertised.

06 / Strategic partnership opportunities
